Steps for applying to the HCSM Program

1. Download the application form from the HCSM website (www.heritage.edu.eg), fill it out and sign it (you can also send to hcsm@hq.helwan.edu.eg if you have difficulty downloading it from the website). Make sure to download the application form of the track of your choice International (Joint) or National (Egyptian) Track.

2. For the list of documents required for applying to the program, kindly refer to the final page in the application form. For the application stage, we only need copies of the specified documents. Original hard copies are to be presented later for admission when the applicant is accepted in the program.

3. Send all your documents including the application form as one Pdf file to hcsm@hq.helwan.edu.eg (Please note that documents received after the deadline will not be considered. Also separate documents attached to more than one email will not be considered).

4. In addition to the soft copy sent to hcsm@hq.helwan.edu.eg, all application documents including the filled and signed application form have to be presented in hard copies to the program secretary (Mrs. Sabah Abd Alhakim Ibrahim, Mobile: 01142748876)  the secretary will give you a number for your application. Your contact details will also be recorded by her for future communication and updates.
